Salary: Pay Range £25,000 - £31,000 per annum plus potential recruitment/retention/responsibility allowance (up to a further £5,000 per annum)

Hours per week: Full time (37.5 including rest breaks)/Part time (hours to be agreed)

Renew Education is a newly established Alternative Provision Centre in the heart of Bridgwater, dedicated to supporting young people with complex needs and supporting them to thrive. We’re seeking a passionate and resilient educator to join us at the start of our journey and help shape a nurturing, impactful learning environment.

What you’ll do

• Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual learning needs

• Provide one-to-one mentorship and build trusting relationships

• Develop personalised pathways that foster growth, confidence, and achievement

• Teach across multiple settings in collaboration with partner organisations

What we’re looking for

• Proven ability to build respectful, positive relationships with young people

• Experience working with vulnerable learners, including those with SEMH needs or previous trauma

• A track record of implementing strategies that lead to measurable progress

• Deep understanding of how young people learn and how to adapt teaching accordingly
